  • COST REDUCTION - Single MLS fee for more comprehensive data. Brokers will save each year on fees, and will be able to choose the MLS that they wish to belong to based on services and benefits offered.

Often sale prices, number of homes sold, and other data is skewed by the media because they are relying on information from one source of data rather than a combined source.
     

  • COMPETITION - Independently owned MLS offers choice and competition where Agent and Broker service is of paramount importance. Competition eliminates complacency and fosters innovation and better service (i.e. Listingbook, Appointment Center, Educational Programs, Computer Classes, Technology Adaptation, Advertising, Etc.)
     

  • STANDARDIZATION - All fields, forms, code numbers, etc. could eventually be standardized providing further efficiencies and cost savings for everyone. Effective immediately, however, we can offer a Single Shared Database point of entry that will immediately simplify the daily functions of all agents and broker administrative staff. This eliminates the need for immediate standardization of all forms, etc and provides a similar result.
     

  • SECURITY - Enhanced security. No need to share passwords between the respective MLSs and other sensitive information that could lead to breaches in security and contamination of the database.
     

  • AUTONOMY - Each MLS remains autonomous; however, it still allows each REALTOR® Board/Association or MLS to maintain their individual current level of ownership in any MLS of choice.
     

  • LEADERSHIP - Shows progressive leadership. Progressively expands on the patterns established by other MLSs across the country (i.e. California, Illinois) in providing agent friendly solutions to data sharing.
     

  • FLEXIBILITY - Provides BROKERS with the ability to conveniently push their own data to destinations of their choice. Members of the system can add or edit MLS information in their system of choice while also preserving the ability to use either system.
